The countdown has begun....

Okay so the countdown is nothing spectacular, no baby on the way or an exciting vacation, but only 56 days until spring and more importantly 148 days until summer!! I can not wait, I DO NOT like winter at all, I would be perfectly content if it were 90 degrees all year long. The kids and I have had enough winter, we took advantage of the sun shining this week and went to the park on Tuesday and Friday. Even though we still had to bundle up really good, is was so NICE to get outside and enjoy the sun. I am looking forward to the long summer days, swimming, parks, BBQ"s, camping, 4 wheeling and soaking up the sun shine. The boys had fun racing their cars down the slides. Carson loved the park, it's so amazing what a few months will do. Carson loved the park last year, but this year he is able to run around and do things all by himself. He was exploring everything, Sean loved showing him all his favorite things to do at the park and helping him on the slides. Thursday me, my mom and sister had a fun girls night complete with massages and dinner. I have so much fun hanging out with my 2 favorite girls!! Today we took the kids to one of their favorite places (besides grandma and grandpa's) Jump N' Bounce. We have not been for a month or so and they were so excited to go. (They have been making do by jumping on my bed, the little monkeys.)

Great start to the new year

We had a wonderful new years eve. We stayed home and had my parents and sister over for food, games and more FOOD!! We all even managed to stay up until midnight this year too. (expect Carson) New Years day we went and visited my grandpa Snider. I was going through grandmas old game closet and came across a sand art kit, so Ash and Seaners had fun making some sand art. Carson of course was in to everything and making messes throughout the entire house.
