Take me out to the ball game….

Sean is playing t-ball this year and is loving it. It it amazing what a year has done for him. He loved it last year, but was still a little timid, but he is rocking it this year.  His first day of practice the coach asked “boys, what is the most important thing about t-ball??” Sean was jumping up raising his hand and said, “TAKING FIRST PLACE!!” Coach laughed and said “but, lets have some fun too” Smile

The big 30

I am married to a 30 year old, Wow!!  Some days it still feels like we just graduated high school, it’s crazy to think Tommy has been out of school for 12 years and me 10!! I am so lucky to have such and amazing husband and such a loving father to my sweet boys. Tommy is such a hard worker and does so much for us, we sure love ya babe!!  This year his birthday fell on Mothers day, so we had to share the day with each other. Saturday the 12th his parents took us out to lunch to Red Robin, it was delicious. His parents spoiled us both with money, I think I’ll have to go get me some new summer clothes with it.  Sunday morning I decorated the house with a banner and some balloons and decorated the garage, then it was off to 9:00 church. We went to my mom and dad’s in the afternoon to celebrated Tommy’s birthday and mothers day.

Brad played- A Day to Remember’s “Homesick”  for mom on his guitar, it was so SWEET!!

Some days life gets SO crazy… laundry to do, house to clean, errands to run, kids fighting, BUT…. at the end of the day I would not change anything. I truly love being a mom more than anything!! Those “mommy I love you” or “you so pretty mommy” or the random hugs and kisses I get from my boys are priceless. I am so grateful for my mother, I never truly appreciated all her hard work, sacrifices, and endless love until I became a mother myself. I love ya Momma!! I am thankful for Tommy’s mom and all the other wonderful mothers in my life! Hope everyone had as great of day as we did!! Here is one of my favorite quotes “While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about”

Supercross

The Easter bunny brought us tickets to go to Supercross, Saturday April 28th finally came…. my boys and I were so excited to go.  Ashlee, Brad and Kami came too.  The weather actually turned our pretty nice, since some years we end up watching it in the rain.  We needed jackets and toward the end of the night we busted our our gloves and beanies. Sean picked the winner Ryan Dungey, he was riding the orange bike (good guess Sean!) My guy Davi Millsaps was leading the entire race, but with one lap left Dungey passed him.  He definitely deserved to win though, he crashed and was in like 8th place or so and came back to win. Sean was so excited his “orange guy won”.  Such a fun night, minus the stupid parking ticket I got because my month decal on my car was faded (don’t get me started on that though) long story short… I ended up just getting a warning.
