First half of August

 

Crazy to think today is the last day of August. We sure had one crazy, fun-filled month! Here is how our first part of August went…

August 4th and 5th(such a great day!) we went camping to the Spruces up Big Cottonwood Canyon . Sean learned to ride his bike with no training wheels just one day before (8-3-12) way to go Seaners!! My parents and Ashlee came up on Saturday for the day. We had fun riding bikes, hiking, fishing, and playing games.

August 9th we had a fun day with Penny, Piper and Kohen on the tramp

I got amazing news from my brother Matt that him, Chelsee and Scout we going to be coming for Brad’s wedding. Originally just Matt was coming. I was so stoked to meet my new little niece Scout!! They were able to bless her while she was here on August 12, my brother did an amazing job!! I am so sad that I only got one picture of her while she was here. I was so busy enjoying every moment with her. (thank goodness Matt got a bunch so I stole his pictures) She is so stinkin’ cute!!

August 17th finally came. Brad and Kami are officially Mr. and Mrs. Snider. Wahoo!! It was such a beautiful day. They were sealed in the Bountiful Temple, luncheon at Olive Garden and reception at Aspen Landing.  Can’t wait to see the professional photos, but here are a few I took and a few I stole from Matt.

  I love my little brother so much, I am happy for him and Kami to start this new chapter in their lives. They are perfect for each other. I love to see Brad so happy! I not only gained a new sister, but a friend. Love you two so much, CONGRATS!!

St. Anthony Sand dunes 2012

 

 

August 26-29th we went to Idaho to the sand dunes. Our friends Tim and Michelle Christensen invited us. We went with them a few years ago and has a blast so we could turn them down.  This year was SO much fun!! Our other friend Marty and Alissa Brewster and their kids met us on Friday night.  The kids had lots of fun playing together.  We spent our days riding, playing in the lake and spending time with our wonderful friends.  The weather was amazing, such a fun trip!
