Oh man, the weather has been so nice!! We have been outside so much the last few days and my boys cry when they have to come in. We have had some fun adventures….
….First, we took the kite for a fly

To infinity and beyond!!
My little busy boy
Carson loved flying the kite, except when he was done
he would just let go, and left me chasing it down a time or two…or three
…Then off to the pool for a swim. A fitness center just opened in our neighborhood, we have been trying to go a few nights a week. The kids absolutely love it!!
….Next to the car races. My dad showed the kids how to race cars down wood blocks, since we have lots of wood hanging around it makes for good entertainment.
…Then for a play date with friends. Thursday I met up with my friends Melissa and Amberly and their kids for a trip to the park. We picked up McDonalds and had a picnic and a fun day at the park. The weather was finally nice that after a little bit we could ditch the jackets and work on our tan (or in my case…working on a nice shade of pink)

Finally….a trip to the zoo. Friday was soooo nice!! We got the the zoo at 9:30 and we needed a jacket only for a few minutes, it got into the mid 70’s and it felt AMAZING after such a loonnngggg winter. We went to the zoo with my parents, my cousin Adam and his wife Mandy their kids Piper and Kohen and my aunt Penny. It was twins and triplets day at the zoo, I have never seen so many multiples. As the day went on the zoo got more and more crowded, I am glad we got their early so we didn’t have to deal with the crowd too much.

And again, not a trip for Sean unless he has a churro!!

Carousel time!!
Okay, so this is probably no big deal to most kids, but for Sean this is HUGE!! He got this award at school on Thursday, and I could not be prouder, pretty much brought a tear to my eye :)
That’s right everyone…Sean ate an apple and asks and eats one almost everyday. He is such a picky eater and this is helps me see a light at the end of the tunnel (just a teeny tiny light, but still a light!!)
And finally….. After such a beautiful week, we wake up to this crap!!!
Yep, that’s spring in Utah for ya!!!!
oh yea, sun shine and snow in the same week! what is up with that? oh yea its utah!
