Sean had his first t-ball game on Tuesday May 3rd. He was so excited for his game and to have everyone come watch him. Grandma and grandpa bought him pants, balls, bat, and a bat bag so he was all set to play. His team had a few practices before the big game so the kids could get to know each other and remember to run to 1st base instead of 3rd base after hitting the ball (even though it still happened a few times, which is so cute) Sean’s team is the HOT RODS!!! T-ball is SO much fun to watch. Sean has been hitting the ball really well (thanks to uncle Brad, daddy, and pop for practicing with him) Sean is so proud of himself when he gets the ball in the outfield and throws it to first base. Way to go Seaners!!

Getting ready to hit
Saturday we went to the Bee’s game. It was a double header that night and after the game by cousin Tyler was in the highschool homerun derby. We went with my parents and sister Ashlee, and also by brother Brad who thought he was too good to sit by us and sat by his friends :) We made it to the field towards the end of the first game. The Bee’s lost both games (I don’t think they ever win when we go) BUT… we still had a blast and another FUN weekend.

By the time both games were over and the homerun derby started it was about 10:30, and just our luck Tyler was the last batter out of 24 kids. The boys did so well considering we were at the field until about midnight. My cousin Lance was the pitcher to Tyler, they both did really well, even if he did not win.
